Hi! I’m Hailey Franks, a Winter 2025 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Mass Media and Digital Studies, along with a degree in Journalism. I currently serve as a Public Relations and Communications Fellow with Charlotte Motor Speedway, where I continue to build my expertise in strategic communication and media relations.

I have experience across public relations, communications, and journalism, with a strong passion for storytelling—especially in sports. Through internships, academic work, and my fellowship, I’ve developed skills in engaging audiences and crafting impactful narratives, while gaining hands-on experience at high-profile sporting events.
